MolecularMD is currently the exclusive license holder for intellectual property related to the detection of imatinib (Gleevec® Novartis) resistant mutations in the ABL kinase domain (USPTO Patent # 7326534) licensed from the Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU). We are also the exclusive license holder for intellectual property related to the detection of the T790M EGFR resistant mutation in non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with EGFR kinase inhibitors (Patent Pending).
