MolecularMD is registered with Medicare. They will bill on behalf of the patient for these insurance types. MolecularMD also submits claims for reimbursement with all private insurers as a non-registered healthcare provider. We provide the insurer with all the necessary information to establish maximum reimbursement rates. Any remaining balance not covered by the insurance company will be billed to the patient by MolecularMD.
