The MolecularMD BCR-ABL kit has been tested to perform on a wide variety of RT-PCR system such as the ABI 7500, Roche LightCycler®, and Corbett Rotor-Gene®. Each kit provides reagents to perform a total of 200 reactions or an estimated 64 samples depending on plate set up and protocol.
