Billing:
MolecularMD will submit claims for reimbursement with all private insurers as a non-registered healthcare provider. MolecularMD will provide the insurer with all necessary information to establish maximum reimbursement rates. Any remaining balance not covered by the insurance company will be billed to the patient by MolecularMD. To compensate for our current non-registered private insurance status, we are offering special introductory pricing for the QRT-PCR BCR-ABL test.
