Mr. Snyder has over 40 years experience in creating successful, sustainable companies. He was an original founder of Genzyme Inc. and, most recently, the CEO of Upstate Inc. Mr. Snyder is chairman of BioCatalyst International, the investment and startup management company that is currently the sole investor in MolecularMD. Former companies – with a combined market value of over $18 billion – include Genzyme, the Instapak division of Sealed Air Corp. and Dyax.

Stephane Wong
has over 10 years experience in
cancer research and has co-authored 10 publications in the CML field. Dr. Wong obtained a Ph.D in molecular biology and an MBA from the University of California , Los Angeles (UCLA). While in Business Development at Upstate Inc., he identified key new technologies to complement Upstate's existing product portfolio.
